Speculative Development
We have undertaken many exclusive development projects. Our developments are characterized by the construction of imposing family homes on spacious building plots. Our houses are designed by experienced local architectural practices to complement the neighbouring environment. All of our houses are built to exceed the current building regulations and are highly energy efficient. |

Private Residential Contracts
In addition to speculative residential developments we also undertake private commissions to create highly individual properties. We have worked with our clients and architects to create some of Lincolnshire’s most individual and creative properties. In this area we are able to use the full range of our building skills and experience to construct bespoke houses incorporating technologies and designs that are exclusive to our clients. |

Design and Build (Residential)
Work was carried out in 2005 in Wellingore, Lincs to convert a listed single storey stone dwelling within a conservation area in to a two storey house. Particular attention was given to preserving the character of the property and M J Green (Navenby) Ltd provided both original architectural ideas to facilitate this and also fulfill the clients own living arrangement requirements. |

Design and Build (Residential)
In 2006 M J Green (Navenby) Ltd were approached to build a gallery/living space in the garden of a client, located within a conservation area of a local village. The building was constructed largely of timber and provided a highly efficient, architecturally interesting and environmentally sound structure.
